    CAD files we work with

    		For your design we accept most any file type for example, .dwg, .dxf, .sldprt, .slddwg, .pdf, .prt, .ipt, and many others. If your design is in conceptual stage we can work with your hand sketch and even produce a print for you.

    Material selection

    		Kemac can assist you in selecting the optimum material type, thickness, and hardness for your particular application. Kemac’s expertise will foster the customer-supplier collaboration towards the ideal component configuration whether it requires half-etch components, 3-D forming, Nitinol shape setting, plating, or electro-polishing.

    Tolerance selection

    		Allow our engineers to describe our process capabilities with regards to part size, dimensional tolerances, part density, scale-ability, and secondary operations. Our success has been cultivated by staying on the cutting edge of new technology.

    Process selection

    		We have performed extensive process validation studies to determine the process parameters that yield the most repeatable and reliable production methodology. As your design grows towards mass production, we would perform a customized engineering study to utilize the ideal equipment and optimum process parameters to meet your specific part needs.

    Consulting

    		We provide consulting help on Design of Experiments in order to optimize Design and Process - Kemac’s engineering team has extensive experience in creating Design of Experiments (DOE) for R&D parts leading to volume production.

    Documentation control

    		We maintain complete traceability for your design, tooling and subsequent changes. From the time a part is first produced we maintain documentation for a minimum of five years.

    Confidentiality

    		We routinely work with R&D engineers and customers who have proprietary designs and confidential information. Our employees are bound by KEMAC Confidentiality Agreement. And we limit disclosure of your information to only those employees who have a need to know in order to produce the parts.
